Our company does not capture any information about an individual unless the information is volunteered. The only way personal data is collected is by the user completing an online form by sending an email, or signing a contract with us. No personal information volunteered will be passed onto third parties unless the individual grants a permission.

A user may access and browse the web site WITHOUT disclosing any personal data. NO COOKIES are currently used by this site. Our company is not responsible for the contents or reliability of the information on the sites we link to and that are linked to us. Our customers should review those sites’ privacy policies before submitting any private information.

 

WHY DO WE COLLECT CUSTOMER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION ?

We collect voluntarily given personal data from our customers, so we can successfully service and communicate with them regarding their initial inquiry for a property we offer and later on to sign up contracts. We may also use our customers email addresses to notify them about other offers or services they may be interested in.

 

HOW IS PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTED ?

Any information submitted by a customer by other means such in person in our office, or by facsimile, is stored in a secure area. Access to this information is limited to only those employees who need the information in order to do their job effectively.

 

WHO DOES HAVE ACCESS TO CUSTOMER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION ? 

Our company does not lease, license, sell or share any of this information with anyone or any company. Only those employees that are responsible for handling customer services inquiries have access to customer’s personal information.  The only time someone other than a Our company employee will ever see or be privy to customer’s personal information is in the case of a judicial request (such as a subpoena) or if the company is acquired or sold.  In the event the later happens, Our company will give reasonable notice to all existing users of our service.

 

CAN A CUSTOMER OPT OUT OF HAVING CERTAIN INFORMATION COLLECTED ?

Yes, the customer has the right to opt out of any email list he/she might have signed up for in the past. The customer has also the option of requesting not to be notified by email of any new offers or service we are proposing.

 

NOTICE OF CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
