This web site has been tested by Internet Explorer 6, Opera 6.5, and Netscape Navigator 7.2 on Windows XP.
If you find any problem reading Cyrillic symbols, go to the Menu bar, click on View/Encoding, and choose
Windows (Cyrillic) or Unicode (UTF – 8). Sometimes you should choose View/Encoding/More …/ Windows (Cyrillic).

The user should accelerate Netscape's performance and check for newer versions of web pages by:
Click on the Menu bar/Edit/Preferences .../Advanced/Cache, then set in the Cache dialog box
1. Cache to 10 MB or more.
2. Compare the page in the cache ... (radio buttons) to "Every time I view the page".
